I do two mandatory things while I go for shopping of grocery in the supermarket. I leave off my smartphone at home. I carry only cash and no credit/ Debit cards. The reason behind that is simple if you have a credit/ Debit / Google pay you not only purchase ‘’what you need” but you will purchase “what you want” as well. But when you carry limited to cash, you purchase only “what you need!” “You buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell things you need.”
